Our Mission
The Texas Mining and Reclamation Association (TMRA) is a single voice for the Texas mining industry that exhibits integrity, clarity and vision in its efforts to create balance between mineral production, environmental protection, economic strength and public welfare; and to inform the public, regulators and legislators of the value of mining to the Texas economy and lifestyle.

Our Workshops
TMRA provides free summer workshops! Participate in hands-on activities designed to stimulate your students' thinking skills.  Learn about the many uses of our earth's natural resources, how they are mined and how the land is restored. All teachers selected to attend receive professional development hours. All activities are TEKS correlated.

Our E-Newsletter
TMRA Snapshot is a monthly e-newsletter with a pulse on mining operations in the state. An informative and timely publication, TMRA Snapshot shines a light on mining culture and offers a platform to showcase TMRA members.

Our Annual Meeting
Each year TMRA offers a casual, informative meeting for owner/operators, support members, exhibitors, and visitors to mix and mingle, and make new contacts or visit with established ones. Registration is now open!
